Major updates abound!

The most obvious is the front page here. Muchos Kudos to Kim for taking the time to kindly supply me with some awesome imagery for my website header. She's a sweetheart.

There's some new finished pieces, as well as a few new sketches AND a whole new section showcasing work done for my employer. It's a versatile job and I love it. I work with a lot of licensed properties such as Disney, Marvel, and Warner Brothers, but they definitely do not represent the totality of my design portfolio. It seems like everyday, something new is brought to the table for me (and Mike, my boss slash coworker) to conquer.

I'm still debating as to whether rollover animated gifs are the best way to divy up my portfolio, but they were a lot of fun to make, so I'll keep them for now. Interner Explorer doesn't seem to agree with preloading them, however, so I suggest using Firefox to view this site.

I've discovered and mastered the basics of Poser, and lordy lordy is that program gonna make life so much easier for reference purposes in regards to my paintings. I also have this paint box dohickey which, when properly utilized with pallette paper and a sponge, is supposed to extrend drying time significantly with acrylic paint. I think this in combination with a new line of slow-drying acrylic paint made by Golden will really make me pound out finished work a LOT faster. Only time will tell...
